Coaching for Who You Are Becoming

For people who know what they have done but struggle with who they are becoming. Coaching helps you confront your story and build what comes next.

Coaching That Works on the Story You Tell Yourself

Coaching at Learn & Live is not about handing you someone else's story to admire. It is about helping you confront your own. Daniel and Michelle Faust draw on veteran and military-family experience, marriage, faith, humor, and personal struggle to walk with you through the work.

The premise is the same one that runs through everything here: your mess does not have to define or disqualify you. Coaching is the slower, more personal space where that idea stops being a keynote line and becomes something you actually live into.

The Questions Coaching Sits With

People come to coaching carrying real questions. These are the ones this work is built to hold.

Who am I without the role?

When the uniform, the rank, the call sign, or the title comes off, identity can feel like it went with it. Coaching helps you build an answer that is yours.

What do I do with what I have carried?

Weight you rarely talk about does not disappear because the mission ended. Coaching creates space to confront it instead of carrying it silently.

How do we move forward together?

Couples and families shaped by service often grow in different directions. Coaching helps two people find a shared direction again.

What is my purpose now?

The search for meaning beyond the mission is real. Coaching helps you turn what you have walked through into a source of purpose, not a wall.

Coaching Focus Areas

Every coaching engagement is shaped around you. These are the areas people most often bring into the work.

Identity & Purpose

For people who know what they have done but are wrestling with who they are becoming. Coaching helps name the roles that defined the past so they stop running the future.

Transition & Resilience

For veterans, service members, and first responders moving from one chapter into the next without a clear map. Practical, forward-focused support for the in-between.

Marriage & Relationships

For military couples and families carrying the strain of service, deployment cycles, and changing identities. Coaching for two people learning to move together.

Faith-Aware Growth

For people whose faith is part of the journey. Coaching holds space for that without forcing it, keeping the work open to anyone in the middle of becoming.

What Coaching Is, and the Line It Does Not Cross

Coaching is honest about what it is and what it is not. This keeps the work safe and clear for everyone who steps into it.
